It’s been pretty difficult getting these posts out because we’ve been burning the candle at both ends big-time. It’s always light and we haven’t managed to get into bed before 11 or 11:30. That would be fine if we were sleeping late, but for example, the other day we were staying at a campsite right on the site of these gorgeous waterfalls (Seljalandsfoss and Gljufrabui). I got up just after 4 am and woke up Pam shortly after. We spent the full morning photographing them. We then went on to another set of waterfalls (Skogafoss) where we walked up a huge flight of primitive metal stairs to see the top view. This was later followed by driving up a winding, steep dirt road in a manual shift camper van to a breathtaking vista of Dyrholaey arch and lighthouse. We crashed back into bed in a campground in Vik at 10:30 pm, an early night.
