Adapted from a turkey burger recipe from Whole Foods.
Ingredients
1 lb white meat turkey, ground
1 lb dark meat turkey, ground
spinach, half a bag, lightly steamed or frozen pkg
½ c breadcrumbs
1 onion diced
1 egg, beaten
½ tsp salt
½ tsp oregano
¼ tsp thyme
1/8 tsp paprika
Directions
Mix all of the ingredients together in a loaf-like baking pan.
Bake uncovered in a 350-degree oven until the temp is 165 degrees. (I don’t remember how long – about 30 minutes?)
